- Paid $147,000 in cash in order for Fotis to make bond. (Fotis contributed a check in the amount of $1,000.)
- Additionally, Anna agreed to pay an additional $272,000 to secure the bond; alleged to be said in instalments over 12-24 months.
- Seen at 4 Jefferson Xing in the morning of January 28, 2020 - the day Fotis attempted to take his own life.
- Anna left to run errands & returned home to find EMS trying to revive Fotis in the driveway.
- Told police that she had been staying at the house and was supposed to drive Fotis to court but he’d asked her to go to the bank and make a withdrawal for him.
- 10:59 am; Fotis Dulos called her, sounded out of breath, and said he was going to be late for court if he didn’t leave right away, so he would take his own car and meet her at the court house.
- 11:15 a.m., Anna said found computers inside that Fotis had told her were in his vehicle.
- She assumed he had forgotten them in a rush to leave.
- Told police she never checked the garage.
- Attorney Kevin Smith called while Anna was driving to the courthouse because Fotis was not there.
- According to the investigation, a police officer stated, ‘Anna said that, at that moment, she knew that Fotis must have done something to harm himself.’
- Returned to 4JX to check on Fotis and found police trying to revive him in the driveway.
- As police were trying to revive Fotis, Anna was making calls to those close to him to tell them what happened.
- When she was later asked, Anna told police that she didn’t ‘think of it’ (calling 911) at the time because she was focused on getting to the house to check on him.
- Filed a lawsuit in federal court in February 2021 claiming she is owed $147,000 - the deposit she gave dba ‘24/7 Bail Bonds’ (Palmetto Surety Company) for Fotis Dulos $6 mil bail.
- Claims the company misappropriated the deposit.
