Harmony Renee was reported missing in November 2021 by her biological mother. At the time, Harmony would have been 7 years of age, however, no one had seen her since 2019 — nearly 2 years prior. Sadly, authorities have good reason to believe that Harmony Montgomery is no longer alive. Her stepmother, Kayla Montgomery, testified against Adam in a weapons charge trial in 2013 as part of a plea deal and told investigators that Adam Montgomery killed his daughter on December 7th, 2019. At the time, the Montgomerys were living in their car. Harmony, then aged 5, was having frequent accidents in the vehicle, unable to hold it until they made it to a bathroom. According to Kayla, Adam attacked and killed her for having an accident while he was driving. He then put her body into a duffle bag that he moved around with him until March 2020 when he ultimately disposed of her body in an unknown location.
As of February 5, 2024, Harmony’s remains have yet to be recovered.
